San Patrignano’s foals are the product of some incredible bloodlines: world famous stallions like Voltaire, Indoctro, Le Tot de Semilly and broodmares with many victories as sport horses like Weihaiwej, Reine de Thurin, Kassandra and Lancerina. The horses from San Patrignano’s breeding farms are the result of a breeding activity which finds its origins more than twenty years ago. Vincenzo Muccioli, founder of the community, intuitively understood how therapeutic the relationship between man and horse could be: with the first horses, he created a vocational training centre for equestrian skills and a high quality breeding farm.

During the years the pursued aim has been the creation of a new bloodline, founded in San Patrignano’s stables. Horses bred for jumping ability and able to compete at a national and international level. This is why some very important names have been brought here through the years: Avenir, Mister, Up Market, Ryon d’Anzex, and Corrado. Their progeny includes Nadir, who competed in 2005 European Jumping Championship, placing 4th in the team competition, right on the spot where he was born.

From 2006 we have given riders, owners and breeders the chance to purchase our foals at auction. Some of them, sons and daughters of Weihaiwej - our “blue eyed mare” - are now residing in France, Denmark, and Italy. They were chosen for their qualities and for the results our young horses have achieved in free jumping, performance tests and in international competition like the World Championships in Lanaken. We are sure that this auction will be for you another opportunity to get to know San Patrignano’s foals, which will reconfirm you the levels of excellence reached by our breeding activities.
