Bracco awards the best female rider

Again this year, Bracco, a long time corporate sponsor of San Patrignano’s CSI, will award the prize for Best Female Rider of the show. Last year’s winner, Australia’s Edwina Alexander, will be competing again this year in this category which rewards the best overall female performance in the event.

The “Adriana Bracco Memorial” class, the next to last of the three day event, the company’s President Diana Bracco will give a tribute to her late sister, a long time horse lover.

Today official registration for San Patrignano’s CSI5* closed, the official starting list can be found here.
Fifty riders will be competing, representing eighteen nations: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bermuda, Canada, Spain, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, the United States, Switzerland, Sweden and the Ucraine.

Among the athletes, it is worth noting that there is a consistent group of young riders, which will gallop onto San Patrignano’s open grass competition arena for the first time.
