Top riders at San Patrignano

The starting list was closed today at San Patrignano for the riders taking part in the 14th edition of the CSI5* International Show Jumping Contest, dedicated to the memory of the founder of the Rimini drug rehabilitation community, Vincenzo Muccioli.

The Italian team’s Swiss coach Markus Fuchs has submitted the names of the nine Italian riders selected to compete at San Patrignano. The team includes highly experienced riders and some young talents.

Eleonora Ottaviani is the show director of the San Patrignano CSI5* and Vincenzo Muccioli Challenge, a position she has held since 1997, the year of the first edition of the community’s show jumping contest.
Since she is a great show jumping expert at international level, so much so that she is also the Director of the IJRC (International Jumping Riders Club), we decided to analyze the sport’s current situation with her.
